The modern winemaking unit is situated in the north of Patras, at Vassiliko, Erymanthos Municipality which is a wine region par excellence.
It is fully equipped with modern machinery ensuring the best conditions throughout the stages of winemaking. It includes an area for the grapes’ processing, where the raw material is received. It has a stainless grape receiving hopper, two modern pneumatic grape presses, stainless steel tanks with refrigerating jackets and a refrigerating system intended to control the temperature of the lees’ fermentation. Insulated tanks intended to the stabilization of the wine to be bottled, as well as an automatic bottling line. Red wines are aged in French oak-barrels which are constantly renewed.
The winery has also a fully equipped laboratory for quality control tests.
